Approved plan program for changing the sub-plan for field B/F/N5 - student union

The Technical, Environmental, and Business Committee has established a plan program for changing the subplan for field B/F/N5 - the student union.

The plan amendment mainly concerns a new distribution of permitted usable floor space (BRA) within the plan.

What has changed?

The current plan program has been used as a starting point, but it has been supplemented with the following topics:

• Consequences of reducing the proportion of commercial areas
• Assessment of the change in the number of residential units
• Consequences of less space for student housing
• Quality of living for new and existing housing, including outdoor space
• The need for parking.

What now?

This means that the developer can proceed with preparing a proposal for a sub-plan. The proposal shall address the topics listed in the planning program.
