The Longyearbyen Local Council Citizen Service Center can help you with questions about our services, and we act as a link between you as a resident and our professionals/case workers.

We are located in the commercial building at Road 227, opposite the post office.

Switchboard and Citizen Service Center opening hours:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m. / 12:30 p.m.–2:00 p.m.

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
