You can now read our website in English

The Longyearbyen local government website is now available in both Norwegian and English. 

This makes it easier for residents, visitors, and other stakeholders to find relevant information—regardless of language.

To change languages, simply click on the flag icon at the top right of the page.
If you are viewing the Norwegian version, you will see the British flag.
If you are viewing the English version, you will see the Norwegian flag.
The language changes immediately when you click on the icon. 

This upgrade will make it easier for English-speaking residents to stay up to date on services, information, and news from the Longyearbyen local government.
