Longyearbyen kindergartens continue to grow – together with SePU!

The Polarflokken and Kullungen daycare centers, in collaboration with SePU, have taken important steps in developing a more inclusive daycare environment, which has already resulted in increased well-being, security, and stronger relationships for the children.

On planning day, Polarflokken and Kullungen daycare centers worked with the Center for Practice-Oriented Education Research to continue developing an inclusive daycare environment.

The kindergartens have really gained momentum in their development work! 💛
The collaboration with SePU is yielding results – and the children are the first to notice:

Parents are more satisfied, employees feel more supported, and management receives sky-high feedback from employees. Together, we are building a kindergarten environment where all children can feel like they belong, learn, and grow.
