eDialog - Secure submission of documents to Longyearbyen Local Council

How to fill out the form

• Select whether you are a private individual/resident (birth number) or whether you represent a business (organization number)
• Mandatory fields are marked with *
• Provide a good description of your shipment. The comment field is added as a separate attachment to your shipment
• If you know our case number, please enter it in the "title" field together with the title of your submission. Example: "2016/929 Input for the Longyearbyen area plan"
• NB: Only PDF is an approved file format. Remember to upload relevant attachments 
• Click on "Send shipment." You will receive a receipt by email

Submission of documents that are exempt from public disclosure

The service is well suited for submitting documents that are subject to confidentiality or exempt from public disclosure. The channel is encrypted and the sender is authenticated. The files in the shipment will be archived in our case archive system or relevant specialist system.
