Hello and welcome to this year's TV campaign at Longyearbyen School on Wednesday, October 15.

Longyearbyen School is once again delighted to invite the entire town population to visit the school on our TV campaign evening.

As in previous years, food and drinks will be available for purchase, and there will be many different activities.

Doors open at 4 p.m., and we offer:

Grades 1-4: Toy store, fishing pond, bowling, and ice cream sales. Grade 4 offers a movie theater with popcorn.

Grades 5-7: Bookstore in the art room, wheel of fortune and mushroom toss in the woodshop, cookie sales in the textile room.

Grades 8-10: Sod sales in Glassgården, raffle sales. In the textile room, Design and Redesign sells products made by the students.

High school: Café, hot dog sales, lottery ticket sales, and Kahoot.

After-school program: Café, with sale of coffee and cakes.

The proceeds from this year's TV campaign will go to the Atlas Alliance and will open doors for people with disabilities living in war and poverty. Together, we will provide emergency aid, education, and the opportunity for a better life.

Please note that only electronic payments via Vipps and payment terminals will be accepted.

For younger students, we have created practical vouchers that can be used as payment. These are sold at the main entrance ("Hålen") and in Glassgården, and we encourage you to use them.

The school's charity lottery draw will take place in "Hålen" from 6:30 p.m. We have many great prizes!

On Thursday, October 16, high school students will donate a day's wages to the campaign.
A big thank you to all the companies in town that are contributing jobs to the students on this day.

We hope for a wonderful evening with a great atmosphere and a good result for the telethon!

See you there!
